החברה הוקמה ע”י איתי שמחון ודוד שמחון אשר עוסק בתחום ציפוי הגומי וציפויים מרוכבים מאז 1980 תוך סיוע לתעשיות השונות בארץ ובעולם.
עקב ידע רב וניסיון של שנים חשפו את החברה לפתרונות בהתאמה אישית לפי צרכי הלקוח, תוך שיתוף פעולה צמוד בין הלקוחות והשותפים האסטרטגים בעולם שמספקים לנו את מיטב המוצרים והפתרונות .
